About the ATC

The Apprenticeships and Training Conference (ATC) is the leading event for professionals involved in the delivery of apprenticeships, training, and broader workforce development initiatives. Originally founded in 2015 as the Annual Apprenticeship Conference (AAC), ATC has since evolved to reflect the broader scope of today’s workforce needs, in alignment with industry trends and government policy.

With a focus that extends beyond traditional apprenticeships, the ATC will address the changing demands of the workforce, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to navigate new developments in training and development. This two-day conference is designed to provide essential insights, updates, and strategies to support apprenticeship providers, training organisations, and employers in their efforts to equip the workforce with the skills and knowledge required for success.

Attendees will benefit from a comprehensive programme that includes expert-led sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, all aimed at sharing best practices and fostering innovation in training and development. Whether you are directly involved in apprenticeships or broader training programmes, the ATC offers valuable resources and connections to help you stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Testimonials

“The conference was jam-packed with insightful, inspiring and thought-provoking sessions that will help to inform and shape the activity we undertake as a provider. Superb!”
Attendee, 2024
“I cannot underestimate the value of this event. It allows all stakeholders to collaborate and share information and practices. Over both days, I really enjoyed meeting passionate, like-minded professionals and realised that, in the main, our issues are very similar.”
Attendee, 2024
“A fabulous conference with the ability to voice collective issues but with a collaborative approach to seeking solutions. Good to hear from all stakeholders across the arena of apprenticeships to understand the different sides of the beachball. It is important to have public and private sectors represented and to hear from key political figures and their support for apprenticeships and meeting skills gaps!”
Attendee, 2024
“A great event that keeps you up to date with changes and future changes and a great opportunity to network, would definitely recommend this conference to colleagues.”
