We are delighted to announce that the Minister for Skills, Baroness Jacqui Smith, will deliver a keynote address during Plenary Three (Tuesday 11 March) of the Apprenticeships & Training Conference (ATC) 2025. The Minister will also be joining us later in the evening for the prestigious Apprenticeship & Training Awards National Ceremony at the ACC Liverpool.
With the skills agenda firmly at the forefront of the government’s economic and workforce development strategy, the Minister’s address will provide valuable insight into policy priorities, funding, and the future of apprenticeships and training. This keynote will be an unmissable opportunity to hear directly from the government on how skills investment, Skills England, employer engagement, and training reform will shape the sector in the years ahead.
Following the keynote, the Minister will attend the Apprenticeship & Training Awards National Ceremony, where the winners of the FE Week & AELP Apprenticeship & Training Awards 2025 will be revealed. This prestigious evening will celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals, training providers, and employers who are driving excellence in apprenticeships and workforce development.
With government, employers, and sector leaders coming together for ATC 2025, this promises to be a defining moment for the future of skills and training.
