ATC 2027 will deliver an ambitious, forward-thinking programme designed to equip every delegate with the insight, connections, and practical tools to navigate a rapidly changing skills landscape.

Across two days, you’ll hear from government ministers, senior employer leaders, and sector innovators in high-impact keynote sessions. You’ll choose from over 80 workshops tailored to your priorities. And you’ll connect with peers, partners, and decision-makers in dedicated networking spaces designed to make every conversation count.

Employer Summit

A dedicated summit for senior HR, People, and L&D leaders with facilitated roundtables, a high-profile keynote, and a hosted evening dinner on 1st March. A pitch-free, peer-led space to tackle your biggest workforce challenges.

Keynote Programme

Each day features plenary sessions with senior voices from government, major employers, and the wider skills sector. These set the agenda, challenge thinking, and provide the big-picture context that frames everything else at ATC.
