The UK’s leading event for skills, workforce development, and apprenticeships. 1–2 March 2027 | Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX)
The Apprenticeships & Training Conference (ATC) is the UK’s leading event dedicated to advancing workforce development, training provision, and apprenticeships. Founded in 2015, ATC brings together employers, training providers, policymakers, and sector leaders for two essential days of insight, innovation, and collaboration.
Now in its 12th year, ATC 2027 returns to the Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX) – a world-class venue in a city that perfectly matches the conference’s energy and ambition.
As the Government’s Skills Reform agenda moves from policy into practice, ATC is where the sector comes together to understand what this means – for employers building the workforces of tomorrow, for providers designing and delivering the training that gets them there, and for the leaders shaping what the system looks like next.
Senior HR, People, and L&D professionals from organisations of all sizes and sectors - from major corporates and public sector bodies to SMEs and growing businesses. At ATC 2027, over 300 employer representatives will attend, including a dedicated Workforce Leadership Summit for senior leaders focused on building future-ready organisations.
Principals, Vice Principals, Heads of Apprenticeships, and curriculum leaders from further education and sixth form colleges - at the heart of delivering apprenticeships and technical education across every region of the UK. ATC 2027 includes a dedicated College Leaders program offering a focused space for senior college leaders to challenge thinking, share perspectives, and engage directly with the reform agenda.
Representatives from independent training providers, higher education institutions, and schools and MATs involved in designing and delivering apprenticeships and workforce training programmes — from large national providers to specialist and employer-led organisations.
Researchers, strategists, and sector specialists providing insight into trends, best practice, and the future direction of skills and workforce development.
